NAMS Outpost in Brazil

In a significant development for the churches in Brazil, the New Anglican Missionary Society (NAMS) has officially launched its operations in the country, marking a significant milestone in its global mission endeavors. Marcelo Lemosas is the first Brazilian Companion of NAMS. He is a pastor in a Pentecostal church in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.

As the first Brazilian Companion of NAMS, Marcelo Lemos embodies the call that defines the Society's mission. His appointment underscores NAMS' commitment to working across denominational lines to inspire, equip, and assist churches in fostering a culture of discipleship and church planting.

"NAMS is excited to welcome Marcelo Lemos as a Companion," expressed Bishop Josep Rossello, the Servant General Designated. "His passion for ministry and dedication to Kingdom expansion make him an invaluable asset to our mission in Brazil."

NAMS's vision is to empower Brazilian churches to create a culture of discipleship and establish healthy great commission congregations. Through mentorship, training, and practical assistance, the Society aims to equip local leaders with the tools and resources necessary for effective ministry and church planting.

This is a signal of a new chapter in NAMS's global mission, as it extends its reach to Brazil's vibrant and diverse Christian landscape. With the support of NAMS, churches across Brazil are positioned to experience renewed growth and vitality, embracing a new season of discipleship and church planting in the nation.
