GAP equips future leaders
The Global Apprentice Program (GAP) is making significant strides in equipping and training young adults for future Christian leadership. Currently active in two countries—India and Thailand—the GAP Program is preparing to welcome three new interns in 2024, marking another exciting chapter of growth for the initiative.
The GAP Program offers hands-on discipleship and mission training to young adults, shaping them into future leaders who can advance the mission of the Church. As NAMS continues to expand globally, the program will play a crucial role in nurturing future leaders and church planters. With new NAMS Bases set to be established in the coming months, there is eager anticipation for how the program will unfold in other countries, further expanding its impact.
Roma Durell, from the USA, currently serves with NAMS Bangkok, engaging in mission work and leadership development in Thailand. Meanwhile, Ramthing Jajo and Thomas Yonjan are serving in NAMS Odessa, India, contributing to local mission efforts and learning practical ministry skills.
NAMS remains deeply committed to developing the next generation of Christian leaders through the GAP Program. As new doors open, the program is set to continue growing, shaping young adults into the disciple-makers and church planters that the faithful Church and the global mission field so urgently need.
