Empowering Church Planting in Albania and Europe

NAMS (New Anglican Missionary Society) is embarking on an ambitious journey to expand its reach in Europe, with a special focus on Albania. The vision to establish an outpost in Albania, particularly in Berat, underscores NAMS' commitment to supporting local evangelical churches and catalyzing the growth of new congregations across the Balkans.

With two Companions and a sister getting ready to make the move to Albania, the groundwork is laid for the establishment of a NAMS outpost - serving as a hub for missionary outreach and church planting efforts. This pioneering team represents the first step of NAMS' presence in the region.

Moreover, NAMS is exploring the possibility of establishing a residency program aimed at equipping leaders and pastors to navigate the unique challenges of growing churches beyond the 30-member threshold that is widespread in the region. By nurturing strong and healthy congregations capable of multiplication, NAMS seeks to establish a culture of discipleship and church planting across Europe.

The upcoming NEXT30 Europe event, scheduled from May 1-7, serves as a pivotal moment for NAMS, providing a platform to cast its vision, connect with like-minded partners, and chart the course for future growth and impact in Albania and Europe. This mission will be led by the Servant General Designate, Bishop Josep Rossello.

NAMS continues to advance its call and mission throughout the world with new work being established and giving birth to new churches.
